Extended Sequence
Why should the seller accept a buyer's currency? The following example illustrates how the PaCT sequence is extendable to serving advisories to guide transactor decisions. In this case, an advisory request has been preset by the seller to determine whether to accept the buyer's payment or not. A similar advisory may be requested by the buyer in Step 5.1 (not illustrated).

Example advisories may be lender-borrower oriented, in which case a seller would like to determine if the buyer has a good credit history. In community-oriented currencies, the seller might want to verify the buyer's membership in a system that the seller belongs to. In trusteeship-oriented currencies, the seller uses the advisory to determine whether to cancel his or her self-accrued debits with the buyer's credit. The last approach will be highlighted in an upcoming presentation of an OCAUP/Prowl user case (to be announced at http://tyaga.org/).
